I am still not sure if I should pick Scorpio or Sagittarius. I have a strong feeling. that Mei was born on the Scorpio/Sagittarius cusp. It seems like she has traits from both these signs. Like Scorpio, Mei is extremely passionate, manipulative. somewhat lustful and alluring, like Sagittarius, she is impulsive and free-spirited.
And I guess Mei fits this description very well:
