Either hers or Vanessa's. The shoulder pad on the dress looks weird.

It's better than any of Tiana's wedding apparel, but I still find it less beautiful/less striking than the rest.

The vertical ruffles on the skirt look like Vanessa is wearing more of a curtain to me than anything else.

I mean, Mulan at least looks good, but I am not sure if that even is a wedding dress….

Why do people say Mulan's wedding dress if it's not a wedding dress? I googled Mulan 2 wedding dress and that dress shows up as a result just like Sparklefairy375 says

Mulan’s dress is a second wedding dress. If you remember back to the beginning of the film, Mulan wore a purple multicoloured dress - that was her celebration dress.
