If this is strictly going by their appearances in the films, then Esmeralda definitely. But if we're surveying everything they've appeared in, then Jasmine got a major upgrade in the Series and fared well against the Esmeralda-lite, Sadira, so I would have to go with her. There's also Rajah

Well, actually, the series finished its run before HOND was released, so if anything Esmeralda is Sadira-lite. Sadira, I think, could actually take both Esmeralda and Jasmine, with her magic and skill. For me, at the end of the day, though it comes down to the fact that Jas has a tiger and Esmy has a goat. That simple, lol.

Both have fighting skills, but I'm going with Jasmine if only because she actually seemed to have legit H2H MA skills that she learned in the series, whereas Esmeralda is more likely to use any blunt object available as a weapon (chandaleir, helmet, chair, etc.)
