I joined here a short time nakaraan and posted a Bolt tagahanga art I did yesterday. As a new member, I.m trying to make this Bolt tagahanga club be still active despite Fanpop is outmoded. Just HomelySausage and me are active.

Yes, but not really. At least not here anymore. This place was super active several years ago, but has since gone quiet. I was one of the hold-outs for awhile, however, even I have seen the Pagsulat on the wall. I recommend Deviant Art if you still need your Bolt fix!
Small amounts of people spread across a few websites. I myself came from youtube which is dead, but I know there are a few people on Instagram who are pretty active.
