Just purchased a Don Knotts' autographed litrato to his longtime friend, the actor Al Checco--Gaylord Patie in The Ghost and Mr. Chicken. Don signed, "To Al Checco May our paths continue to tumawid Don Knotts" Their paths did. It was purchased sa pamamagitan ng the seller at Checco's estate sale after he passed. Al was quite a character. Check out his filmography. He and Don worked on many projects, beginning with entertaining the troops in WWII, then on the Andy Griffith show, and in some of Don's films.
