When the baby is ready to come out she starts ripping her way. so jake and edward have to keep her alive while they get the baby out. edward puts a seringe of venom straight in her puso to keep her from dying. so yes, she become's a vampire and her power is a shield. that's why others powers didnt work on her as a human :) baby renesmee lives. Jake imprints on Renesmee and the volturi come after them but its all good. Bella removes her shield and let's edward finally read her mind :) ta da! :)
