When they took me outside, i felt like screaming. I could smell the sent of the humans coming off of their skin. The sweet sweet smell. Edward was behind me, Charlisle in front. We fled into the forest.
"Esme. I know how you feel right now. You wanna jump in front of the first human you see and drain them. But i must worn you, that will only cause you to want more. If you go around massacuring the whole city, someones bound to notice. Nobady can know we exsist. But ill tell you again, that if you want to live that life, im not going to stop you." He looked at me, with hope in his eyes.
"Ill stay, like i told you. You saved me, and i never thanked you, so thanks. Now can you teach me how to hunt? My throuts burning." Both Edward and Charlisle chuckled this time. I could hear their laughter bouncing of the treed nearby.
"Esme, i dont got to teach you anything. It comes naturally. Like instincs. Youll learn soon enough." Then the smell came. It was strong and sweet. Not as strong like the human smell, but strong enough that it would settle my starvation. The i saw it. A bear, big and brown. It hurt me to even think that i would hurt it. Charlisle looked at me. Boy did he look at me often. I wonder if he knew how i felt?
"Esme," he sinabi again with joy,"hunt."
I leaped from where i stood and grabbed the madala from the back. It growled as i reached for its neck, trying to fight me off. The i sunk my teeth in. The madala fainted under me. Its claws were outstreched towards my face. But i was faster. The madala was hard against me now, dry. I let it fall down.
Strangly that had been fun.
"What now?" I asked Charlisle.
"We hunt together." I liked the sound of that.
