I really just want to voice my opinion about this new band 'we are the fallen'.
I saw them on youtube the other araw and thought that they kind of seemed a little like Evanescence, so I did some digging and found out this.
The band is made up from former members of Evanescence, Ben moody, Rocky Gray and John lecompt. The lead singer Carly Smithson off American Idol and huge tagahanga of Evanescence, happens to look like Amy Lee (lead singer of Evanescence)Is it sa pamamagitan ng accident that ex members of Evanescence use a look a like of their former lead for their new band? Evanescence has always been one of my paborito bands. Amy Lee is truly inspiring and is a wonderful role model for people to have. Although, many people disagree because of the dark meaning in her lyrics. To understand the true meaning of her lyrics you have to look deeper into the song meaning. For example, in the music video everybody's fool people see it as a depressed women who isn't happy. I see it as a way to tell people to be who they want to be, and not live they're life as a fool, or fake. Its finally happening!
I want you to understand how badly we have wanted to get back into the studio for a full taon now. We have been working endlessly and digging so deep, determined to make that happen, and we’ve finally succeeded. With the right producer and the whole band working together as a tight team. Now the album is going to be even better than it would have been had it come out last year, like we originally planned. I know how long you’ve been waiting, trust me. It’s taken some real blood, sweat and tears to get here, and last week when we got the green light we were DEFINITELY celebrating. This is the real thing. The album will be out this fall. 2011 IS OUR YEAR!

Carly Smithson, American Idol season seven alum, has formed a new band—but not with just any rockers. Smithson will be joining ex-Evanescence members Ben Moody, Rocky Gray, John Lecompt as well as Marty O’Brian to create The Fallen. Notably missing from the group? Evanescence lead singer Amy Lee.

Although Evanescence has sold over 15 million albums world wide, the band has been anything but drama-free. In 2003, Moody left the group citing creative differences and Gray followed suit in 2007.
