Ermm.... possibly a stupid tanong (I'm new)

but in all of the pages im a tagahanga of, they have some contests every once in a while and they give out pagpaparangal as your prize

I just wanna know what pagpaparangal are and how you give them please? Thanks!

You can give them yourself to a user, with the pader tool. Just click an icon with the pagpaparangal you want to give, it's under the wall.

Every pagpaparangal can be ibingiay separetely with the pader tool. ;)
