Not sure about all the different Fanpop users out there? Check out this handy guide! Have a look at some of the extremes of Fanpop-dom without even having to meet users like these. Also, not trying to offend anyone with this, this is just for fun, :)
The Obsessed Fan: As guessable sa pamamagitan ng the name, this fans level of fandom goes above and beyond normal fans. They are likely to have a username that pertains to their obsession somehow. Ex: TwiEdwardLuvr, GagaMonster, Shakespeare4Life, etc. (Note: just because someone has a username pertaining to a certain fandom does not automatically classify someone as an Obsessed Fan). They probably spend all their time hanging out on the spot of their obsession or mentioned in their username, and also tend to sumali every spot they can find related to their obsession, no matter how pointless the spot may be.
Classification: Slightly dangerous, can be somewhat unstable. Do not insult their fandom anywhere near their vicinity unless you have a death wish. Merely mentioning that you don't really like what they're a tagahanga of can send them into fits of rage. Deal with Obsessive fans with extreme caution.
The Medal Whore: Any sort of fanpop user who lives for medals. Forget having a life, getting that medal, and getting it NOW is all that matters to these people. They tend to have a lot of medals, and to get them obscenely fast. If you make even the slightest attempt to call them on their Medal Whoring, or even mention any part of it, they are likely to completely flip out, get mad, and act all offended, like you actually did something wrong.
Classification: Somewhat dangerous and 100% annoying. Deal with at your own risk. Usually the best consolation is reminding yourself that anyone who lives for online medalya on an online site probably has no life. And at least YOU'RE not living for little colored dots and boxes on your profile.
Note: Just because someone has a lot of medalya does not mean they are a Medal Whore. Plenty of people out there are just good Fanpoppers.
The Illiterate Fan: School? What school? Regardless of their age or education level, this person tends to "tlk lyk diss", and that's just the best of it. Phrases such as: "omgg i lurv datt sooo much lik itz 2 kewl i juzt gott da neww 1 omG!!" are commonplace. Expect lots of text speak, slang, and "shortcuts" (ex. rly, skl, wat, etc.). These people clearly fail to realize "dAt TlkkiNggg LyK DisS duZz naWt mayk u" look "cool", it just makes you look like an idiot, and will ensure that either:
a. People will think you are a troll
b. People will think you are stupid
c. People will stay as far away from you as possible
d. ALL OF THE ABOVE!
These people also hate to be corrected or told it's hard to understand them. Who cares if " OmGG hww wuZ uR weEkNdd i wNt 2 daa Movyezz" is painful to read and near-impossible to understand? That's the way they talk, dang it, and they are not changing it. Best payo is to just block, delete, and get away from them, unless you want to feel your IQ dropping with every post of theirs you have the misfortune to read.
Classification: Somewhat dangerous. Generally mentally unstable for obvious reasons. Seem to have an aversion to intelligent conversation. And anything intelligent, for that matter. Best to just steer clear of them. Correct at your own risk.
The Everywhere Fan: This tagahanga seems to be everywhere at once. Literally. It seems like they're almost constantly on Fanpop and every spot, and you're left wondering just HOW do they do it all, and if they'll ever teach you their secret. They tend to have an obscenely large number of fans, on account of them meeting the most new people on all of their spots.
Classification: Harmless. Their superb Fanpopping skills do make us normal people wonder if they have superpowers though...O.o

I am shocked and oh so excited. I've created a few spots, and added quite a bit to several, but these spots aren't that popular. That fact is fine sa pamamagitan ng me, but I doubted I'd ever get to be a Dedicated tagahanga (a secret desire of all Fanpoppers, I'm sure). Although I check the site daily, I don't have time to add much content (I haven't even figured out how to upload madami that one picture at a time), and when I do, it's usually to a spot that doesn't get a lot of action. I'm so pleased that enough people have discovered, and hopefully enjoyed, the content I have provided.
Thank you all for allowing me to become a Dedicated Fan...next stop-Die-Hard Fan!
