I have been waiting all araw to find out the results of the Fanpoppies. I was refreshing every 10 minutos just to see if the results had been posted. After awhile I decided to go out to lunch with some mga kaibigan (sushi yum). Little did I know that at tahanan a great horror awaited me. Fanpop was dead!
First there was anger and then tears. I had no idea what to do. The horrible truth was too hard for me to accept and I didn’t intend to. I began refreshing my window even madami often now. Trying to see if it was maybe a fluke and then I saw an ominous message, “Fanpop is moving to faster servers! During this time, users will be unable to login for a few hours. Sorry for the inconvenience, but feel free to continue browsing the site.” CONTINUE BROWSING THE SITE!!!! WHAT!!!! I can’t rate, I can’t add, and I definitely can’t find out about the Fanpoppies! HOW IS THIS HELPFUL?! Tears rained down from my eyes. How was I supposed to cope with this on the araw of the most highly anticipated event on Fanpop. My araw can not go on until I found out about the Fanpoppies!
I looked at my computer screen waiting for the login screen I longed to see, but every time I pressed the refresh button the same message stared me straight in the face, as if to mock me. Something had to be done! I was not going to take this lying down (or hunched over in front of a computer as it may be)! I thought for many long minutes. minutos that seemed like hours. I could see Fanpop, but yet it was untouchable. Had our pag-ibig affair ended after many euphoric months? Was this one madami rejection in my life? I realized what had to be done, and as I beat my laptop with many various items including, a golf club, a nagyelo steak, and a life size Barbie doll, I felt somehow better… I felt that justice had been served.
Now I sit in front my laptop with it’s cracked and barely readable screen. The keyboard now in two pieces (yeah, Barbie is that strong). I am still waiting for the results of the Fanpoppies and now I need a new computer.
I pag-ibig fanpop! I wish I was here years earlier ! It thrills me to no end that I can talk to people from all over the world! I have met some really lovely, charming, friendly people here! I met my new husband here! We can't be any happier! A tagahanga of ours even made a club about us! (it's the Speter club!) Thanks sapherequeen! I fanned (and they fanned me back!) 2 of the fab 4, Dave and papa ! They found out about Peter and I meeting here then getting married! They were very happy and congratulated us! That was soooo cool ! Sorry I don't know the other 2 :/ walang tiyak na layunin is really fun because I can post walang tiyak na layunin images! My paborito club is 'God-the-Creator' and of course 'Speter' ~LOL~ The only thing I don't like is the childish behavior of some of the people. And the hate :P Over all, there is madami good than bad :)
