You know you're crazily-addicted to Fanpop when...

Okay, for the past ___1___ months I have steadily grown ___2___ to this website. Maybe it's all the free ___3___ I have these days, or maybe it's just I have an addictive personaily. It could of course be that this website is ____4_____ and I constantly think about it. Does that make me ____5____? No way! Because I can bet I'm not the only one. So here's a checklist of how to know when you've crossed the line between fanpop-____6____, and totally-______7______. :)

1. You form an ____8_____ on something and think "I'm going to immediately make a ____9____ about this"...and then the rest of your plan for the araw goes out of the window because you have to get the ____10____ just right.

2. Similarly, you find the need to constantly take a vote on everything. "Ok, who wants to change the ____11____ on the TV? Right, now does anyone want to add a ____12____ to their vote?"

3. You ____13_____ things at home. People's new hairstyles, work you've done, ____14____ that people cook, every episode of things you see on TV...

4. You start to use "I'm a tagahanga of..." in everyday conversation way too much. "You know, I'm a real tagahanga of peanut butter and salt-and-vinegar crisp sandwiches... I wonder if there's a ____12_____ on it..."

5. You give the people around you imaginary ____15____ for walang tiyak na layunin things. "Grandma, you make the best ____16_____ ever. ____15____ for the cookies"

6. You actually wonder what your fanpop fans are up to in realworld, and you consider them some of your best ____17_____. You actually ask all your real-world ___17____ what their kasabihan is, because most of your fanpop-____17____ have them, why the hell shouldn't they?

7. You have answered every single ___9___ on your fan-____12____, and continue to re-load them just to check if the balance has changed. If your vote isn't ____18____, you feel actual anger that you take out on your keyboard sa pamamagitan ng determedly typing an opinion-comment on the ___9____ explaining just why YOU'RE RIGHT. :)

8. When someone gives you ___15___, or adds you to their fanlist, mga boto for you on a favourite-users ___9___, comments your ___9___ etc - you're happy for the rest of the day, even if your house just burned down or you've just ____19____ someone or something...

9. You read an ____20____ in a magazine/newspaper and you want to ____22____ and ____13____ it, forgetting of course that not all ____20____ are ___21____, and you can't actually do it. You then feel very upset :(

10. You remain throuroughly convinced that fanpop WILL become the biggest thing ever, and reccomend the website to everyone you know. You envision a time in the future when everyone is as crazy about fandoms as you are, and your mga kaibigan will stop hitting you around the ___23____ and saying "If you mention fanpop one madami time I will ____24____ you through the ____25_____"

...and I've only been here ___1___ months. God help people who've been here longer!

Nobody likes it when others ruin their fun sa pamamagitan ng telling them the end of the story. Some people just aren't as caught up with others because they're busy or haven't gotten around to it. Whether it's your paborito TV ipakita and you're a few episodes behind or a book that you haven't read yet, the last thing you want is for someone to tell you what happens. Spoilers can ruin the fun for everyone else and the last thing we want to do is take the fun out of your paborito stuff.

A lot of users were unhappy when fans were making picks that were spoilers during the release of Harry Potter and the Deathly...

Alright, so this is sort of in conjunction with a lot of other soapbox articles, namely Temptasia's two artikulo on link and link. It is also a sister artikulo to thecon's link. Additionally, it's minutely related (like a very distant cousin) to megloveskyle's artikulo on link. But I really wanted to stress the importance of constructive criticism here. So at the risk of sounding (exceptionally) redundant, I wish to discuss the importance of expressing yourself, taking responsibility for your actions, and not rating and running. Forgive me if this is all too familiar (thecon's artikulo summed...

Part one can he found link
Lately I have noticed a swell in the amount of inappropriate comments. Comments that have sexual innuendo, are hurtful, or are just plain gross, and most of the time they have nothing to do with the topic at hand. What I fail to grasp is why people feel like they need to do this. I can't understand why they can't control themselves and write something appropriate or nothing at all. Is it a lack of sense of humor? Do they not realize that people spend a lot of time contributing to this site and a comment like that can make all their efforts feel wasted? Or do they not...

I have had technology since I was three. Playing link and link on my SNES against/with my family (parents included!) were part of my childhood. I came onto the internet when I was around eleven, still fueled sa pamamagitan ng a need for technology, rarely seen without my Gameboy and link in it. I had to, as most people, find a place on the internet to settle into. I tried many places, first setting myself up a site at link, probably back when Dave and papa were still there and hadn't even started to think of Fanpop yet.

As I grew older and madami knowledgable about the internet and life in general, I went searching...

Better than my Last But Still not the Best.

The My magpabago feature received a major overhaul during the last few weeks. I'll provide a quick run down of how it works and what it can do for you.

Where Can I Find It?
My magpabago can be found on your user bista sa tagiliran page if once you are logged in. If you have updates, it should be the first module on the right hand side of your page. If you don't have any updates, then the module doesn't ipakita up - but you can always go to My magpabago from the bottom right link in the About Me module on the tuktok left of your bista sa tagiliran page.

What Does It Do?
