Reason For This Article
Recently i finally found how to screencap a page on the internet. I had been looking for ages and finally i found out how to.Naturally i was very pleased and was waiting for a chance to use it. 
Days went by,days turned into weeks and after a buwan and a half i found nothing. For the times i had been on fanpop i had read the funniest, silliest things in spots and now that i could finally share them ,everyone became sensible? 
After my long wait i got a message, but it wasn't what i was hoping for. I was expecting something silly that i could giggle at for my first web screencap, but i was mistaken. It was a case of cheating and i decided it should be posted so, at least, the cheating is known about and can be dealt with and there came my final dilemma......
Should I Block Their Names
The Naming And Shaming Pro's And Con's
Pro's
If a person had been medal whoring or spamming a site, a bit of public humiliation might put them on the right track to being good fanpoppers. (we can only hope) 
Con
It won't work for every fanpopper because there is always the one who you would pag-ibig to throw out of a skyscraper.You may turn the odd fanpopper away from the dark side but sadly you can't change everyone especially not over the internet and i am pretty certain there isn't any virtual throw people off napakataas na gusali websites.
Pro
There is always the extremely abusive fanpopper who loses the head over the slightest little thing. If a screencap is posted of the fanpoppers abusive language without blocking his name, it can be used to have the fanpopper expelled from the spot.
When people see a person behave like that the average fanpoper will link the offender. When people log onto the fanpop site and see for example foxtrot79679xxx(not real name) behaving like this they realise this abusive fanpopper deserves to be reported.
The F4 will most likely deal with the fanpopper who has been reported sa pamamagitan ng five different people than one person. So in this way bad fanpoppers are taken off the fanpop "streets".
Cons
Oh you vigilantes, sending your own furious messages to
Fanpop offenders before they leave. A risk is that a mob is set up to send nasty messages etc. to them or even worse a spot against the fanpopper. 
Best thing to do if you think a fanpopper is being too abusive is ulat him. The F4 will take it from there.Be a vigilante you risk having to leave fanpop.Leave it to the F4 to save the day......or batman.
Final Note
If a person has maybe put down something not very intelligent always block their name, it isn't fair to embarass them because of that.
I think the only time for the naming and shaming is for an extremely abusive user but i am open to debate.

This will block all the fandom things on this site and others, and will also get rid of the Music, Movies, and even filthy pronz!
Not only is it just an ultimate Anti-Piracy bill, it will get rid of freedom all around the world. Destroying the Internet and many lives, do you want the U.S Government looking at your history? please sign it before it's too late!
