I add people whose content I've fanned, or whose comments I agree with. Sometimes I'll just randomly add people who are listed as the highest contributors in my favourite clubs.

I find that, as a new member, it's easier to add people yourself rather than wait for people to add you first.

Not anymore. Mostly because I've become almost inactive on the site. But I used to mostly fan people that seemed to have similar interests and opinions as mine or just seemed like interesting people in general.

I don't really add people as often anymore. Like I'll add them if they add me but only if we've had a conversation prior.

Used to when I was a new Member myself. Especially those that were appearing to have similar interests to mine. Still do albeit rarely now given the decrease of activity. I mostly Fan back as courtesy to anyone going out of their way to add me !!!!

I add people who happen to like the same things that I do. I always check to see which club they're a fan of, and then if we happen to be a fan of the same club, I add them. Sometimes they'll add me first, which is a nice change of pace, but most of the time, I'm the one who does the "adding".

At times I do feel like adding people first, but with so many fanpopers giving their statements like those above have said, things can get a little picky sometimes that I first I have to wait until me and the person are used to each other. It’s kinda tough deciding if I should even try, especially as a lesser known fp.

Being a newbie on this site, I had to add people first, if I wanna get some new fans. I only add people that I really like. Sometimes they add me, sometimes they don't. Some people that I like a lot don't even check their mail. I had to add some people twice, like LowriLorenza89 here. Still not a fan of me. Maybe I should try one more time?
