Makes 4-6 portions
Ingredients:
250 g/ 8oz of stewing beef
250 g/ 8oz of lean pork
2 carrots, peeled and grated
2 medium tomatoes, chopped
1 Pack of cooked & peeled beetroots (ones in light vinegar dressing are the best), grated (sorry if you just had your nails done!)
3 medium potatoes, peeled and cubed
Quarter of the white cabbage, sliced
One large onion, peeled and diced
Sunflower oil
Bay leafs
Salt, pepper, paprika, parsley and dill
Tomato paste
Tin of red kidney beans (optional)
Method:
Cut beef and pork into big chunks, put it in the pan, add some baya leafs, fresh parsley, dill and cover with water....
