Randyll deserved the worst. Not only for what we have watched of him, but also for how he treated Samwell his entire life (which we could see a little last season). Dickon, however, was just a stupid lad who thought he had to do what his father wanted, he could have served as an ally.

I don't feed bad for him because I nothing-ed him. So I don't think he deserved anything really. But Randyll got what he deserved.

Randyll was such a hypocrite, he said "We're not the Frey's, we don't stab our friends in the back" And that's exactly what he does, and what I can't stand about both him and Jaime is how they think: "Olenna betrayed her queen and chose to support an invader" yeah if they knew anything that happened between Olenna and Cersei they would know that Cersei took pleasure in blowing up her family, yeah of course she would support the woman who did that, makes sense...
