Really?? I don't feel that way. I'm really liking season 5 a lot so far, actually. I think they've got good storylines going so far, w/ the awesome cliff-hangers about whatever I'm sure we'll find out about l8ter this season that's going on @ the hospital.

I, myself am a beyond HUGE Eli fan! He's become my paborito character on the ipakita besides Jim, soo I guess that could contribute 2 be enjoying this season soo much so far. I think Jamie's doing an awesome job, & I'm LOVING all of Eli's storylines & incoorporation in2 the show.

I also really like Aiden, Jim & Melinda's son, soo I'm enjoying getting 2 know him 2.

The only thing I would agree w/ u on that really annoys me about this season so far, is how I feel like the writers are pagganap as though season 4 never happened, ya know?? They never talk about Jim being Sam, or we see "Sam" anymore, or get 2 know what Aiden knows & thinks about that whole ordeal, etc. etc. I'm pretty disappointed in that. Last taon was my paborito season, & I feel as though the writers have chosen 2 ignore it this season 4 lack of coming up w/ sagot 2 all the tanong on what happened last taon & what not, you know??

But other than that.. 4 me, personally, (which obviously doesn't really matter that much, haha!) But I am really enjoying season 5 so far, & I'm really sorry that you're not feelin' it. :( .. Hopefully it'll start to pick up again, & you'll enjoy it madami once the season gets going a bit more!! ;D

Dont get me wrong :) I pag-ibig Ghost Whisperer and will watch it regardless I think maybe jumped the pating was to much because I am feeling the same way you are that they have not ibingiay me enough explanation for season four and are treating it like it never happened. When I get involved in a ipakita and trust me I do I am the same with Grey's Anatomy I want to know what is happening with the characters I want explanations and I guess I will always remember what my mother used to say when I would ask why or when I would say no that didnt happen or that wasnt the way something happened how can they do that she would say because it is written in the script lol But I really am not feeling Aiden I have to admit that I would have liked to have seen him develop madami from a baby to a toddler and so. But then again that is just me getting involved with the characters my husband always tells me they are not real lol

I agree completely! I think that as far as season five's story line goes, the writters have made for a decent plot but I am very disapointed in how much time they skipped over to get to this point.

I have been watching the ipakita since the beginning, but I never truely got into the ipakita until season 4. Jim dieing was a huge pivot for the ipakita and took it to a whole new level, plus it gave Jim a chance to have a story line that revolved around him as being madami than the supportive husband all the time. I think season 4 was spectacular and i really looked pasulong to season 5 to watch how Melinda and Jim would handle the emotional journey of reshaping their lives together and with a baby; not to mention how they would scrape up the money to afford a new mouth to feed and medical school for Jim to become a doctor. Did I miss something? Did they win the lottery, rob a bank?

There is so much they have left out, countless struggles for the young family, and much madami to have been explored.

I think what annoys me most about season 5 is that everything seems to be the same as it ever was in seasons 1-3. Melinda goes to her tindahan every day, helps a ghost or two, and then is found back at tahanan cuddling with hubby, Jim...only now they have a son. But it is still the same old story. This is a terrible follow up to the dramatic, exhilerating, and emotional season 4 which seems to have gone forgotten, as if Aiden is the happy product of when Melinda and Jim first began trying to have a baby.

I am desperatly trying to keep up with the ipakita now, but I find it hard to watch. I am hoping that the plot picks up and madami of the past years events have an effect on what is to come. Fingers crossed.

I agree season four promotions informed us we would see pag-ibig happen from the beginning and watch their struggles and tribulations season five comes along and gave us nothing so far. And I do apologize if I offend anyone but even the child actor who plays Aiden is not that good For me I would never miss a ipakita taped it religiously this season thus far I am finding myself saying ok i missed it i wil catch it on the internet I would have never done that before anyways just my opinions

I am in some agreement with nearly everything posted here, but I have some differences too.

I have watched the ipakita since the beginning. This show, while I enjoy things about the paranormal, is not the usual TV ipakita for me. I tend to not like shows that I cry at the end every week. The reason I guess I like the ipakita is because it has a really touching story about relationships and healing in almost every episode. With that said, I was really basically upset when they "killed off" Jim. I didn't think I would keep watching. Despite myself I did, and now it doesn't even seem like it happened. So then this season comes along and I have to say, I was blown away that they pulled the whole (5 year) thing...but I would imagine one never knows how long shows will last these days. They probably wanted to have Aiden and Melinda working together to make things a little different on the show. While I really thought I would be disgusted, I seem to keep watching. take into consideration that I have stopped watching CSI and CSI Miami after being a faithful viewer, so it isn't outside of the realm of possibility for me to give up on a show.
I will hold up my reservations for the rest of the season, but I am guessing they are a little worried this might be the last season, and thus the jump.

I to am worried that this is the last season which is why the jump as well. I to have watched from the very first ipakita and thought last season was phenominal but as in the earlier post i would have liked to see madami of the struggle between the two how Jims mga kaibigan react to Melinda getting married again so quickly and so on. I was very disuaded though when i heard them call for Dr Clancy and feel they want us to forget Jim died and I thought maybe i was wrong about the Dr Clancy thing until i just rewatched it and it is the part where is he on the phone with Melinda there are two doctora at the tuktok of the stairs and the older doctors says Dr Clancy do you have a minuto he hangs up and goes upstairs to the doctors. I dont know if this was a blooper or what But I feel vewry confused at this point but pag-ibig the ipakita and continue to watch :)
