What's up with the Glee scheduling?

Thank you, FOX, for effing up the time slot. I got so used to Wednesdays. NOW it's Tuesdays, and I'm so confused. Okay, so I know, and TVGuide confirms, that Glee is starting at 9pm EST on 4/13. And it's also starting at 9pm EST on 4/20. But the free video on iTunes, Gives You Hell, says something about Glee starting at 9:28! First off, wth kind of time is that?! Second, WHAT?!?! Can someone help me? Is it starting at 9:28? Because I should be going to sleep at that time. I can't be staying up till 10:30 every Tuesday.
