I mean, she's thrown out of her parents' house, and are we really supposed to believe that she's still living at Finn's?

I don't think you can really be sure. It is possible but unlikely because Finn found out that the baby really wasnt his and he hasn't forgiven Quinn for it. I guess we'll have to wait till susunod season.
