Yes but only because Casey chewed Evan out and is it just me or was Evan being an ASS throughout the whole episode and I have no sympathy when Evan I think was trying to be serious and ask Casey if it was supposed to be them together and she played him soo bad that was my favorite!!

I appear to have a very different perspective on Evan then most people because I really didn't think he was much of a jerk this episode, if anything I thought he acted more jerky in the previous episode.

I did enjoy the scene though because even though I ship Cappie/Casey I have a soft spot for Evan/Casey as odd as that may sound. We haven't seen Evan be open and vulnerable for awhile now so I did find it rather sweet that he still thinks about that future he could have had with Casey. Call me a sucker for a guy who still loves a girl even after breaking up all those years later (Also one of the reasons I love Cappie).

I felt for him when Casey messed with him after he said that, I couldn't believe she thought he was messing with her when he said that. Poor Ev's even though he can be a jerk I still wanted to just hug him in that scene.

It was the first time I was disappointed at the writers. I was like WTF!! when Evan insinuated he still has feelings for Casey :/ I looove Evan/Rebecca and now I just don't see how they can get back together in the next couple episodes without it being inconsistent.

I don't think it's really out of character though for Evan to have lingering feeling for Casey, heck from time to time I get the feeling Bex still has lingering feelings for Cappie. I like Bex/Evan, well I did in Season 3 anyway this Season they're chemistry has been missing abit for me.

But I agree with you, with only 2 episodes left I'm not really sure if they can get back together, especially without it feeling rushed. If anything I think they might leave it open ended with them agreeing that maybe they can try again in the future or something. I trust the writers though, so we'll see what they do.

The problem is that it sounded like Evan never really cared for Rebecca, he was only with her because he couldn't have Casey. And I think what happened this season is that E/R had barely any screentime. I guess the writers didn't think their story was that important anymore now that they are together, probably because it's just a few of us who like them. Most people only care about Casey/Cappie.

I trust the writers too, but they messed up bringing this triangle storyline back. It was a very important one in the first seasons, but it should have stayed in the past. This kind of neverending storylines is for poorly-written teen dramas and Greek is so above that.
