they were tryin 2 get izzy to decide if she should get the surgury or not and alex was tryin 2 make her have it and meridith was talkin her out of it but at the end izzys friend who tryed it the other way went into cardiac arest so izzy went to get the surgury but sighned a dnr. meanwhile the chief was tryin 2 get bailey 2 stay sa pamamagitan ng buyin new medical equitment and Calleigh cut off a healthy leg. In the 2nd part george sighned up 2 be a trama surgeon in the army, and izzy had surgery. chief finally acepts bailey goin into peds but bailey cant do it anymore because tucker will leave her. Izzys surgery goes well but she is repeating wat she sinabi so alex makes sticky pananda of everything that happens. they get a victum who got hit sa pamamagitan ng a bus and do surgery on him. this girl falls in pag-ibig with the bus victum because he saves her life. John doe keeps trying to right on meridith. meridith and derek r going to have their weddin. alex yells at izzy. derick and meridith have a tahanan ceromony. bailey leaves tucker but stays a general surgeon. izzy remembers alex yelling at her. John doe writes oo7 on meridiths hand. meridith freaks out saying its george. who left early to say bye to his mom. izzy goes into cardiac arest george starts to die.
