Dear Stephenie Meyer,

May I first tell you that your 'Saga' is complete and utter crap. I also would like to highlight the fact that your 'books' are an insult to literature and vampires.
When pagbaba them at first, I thought that they were quite good, and for a while I was a Twilight fan, but your fanbase has gotten huge, along with your head. This is one of the reasons I don't like Twilight. I've read other points on why Twilight and the rest of the 'saga' are bad, and I fully agree with the points raised. The points that I have read about have made me realise how bad Twilight and the rest of your books are, and I really can't believe I was a tagahanga of them. I've heard about your 'plan' to direct Breaking Dawn, and I would just like to say, that if you direct that movie, it won't be worth the money. I will refuse to watch it, and if forced to, I will go to sleep during it.
Your books have turned fans into violent people. Not all Twilight fans are violent, I understand, but alot are. I have read many cases on a pagtitip. (I think it's called TwilightSucks) and they are all about how a tagahanga has reacted to someone when they've sinabi that they don't like Twilight. I bet you don't even care do you? Some Twilighters have even made a cult. They treat the Twilight book like a Bible, and you like a God. YOU ARE NOT GOD.
I hope you know that half the population of the world hate or despise your Twilight books. Your books have made mga kaibigan become enemies, but then they have also created friendships between the Haters of your books. There are people that I didn't even know before your books, and there are sites I didn't even know existed(Fanpop). If there's going to be one good thing that comes out of your 'Saga', it's going to be the friendships made between people that don't like your books. OH! And I'd just like to tell you that your book, The Host, is crap. It's confusing, boring, and I nearly fell asleep after pagbaba the first chapter. It'son my bookshelf at the moment, and I don't know why, because it's absolutely sh*t. I'm seriously considering giving all your 'books' to a local library, or to my schools library. But I don't think I will. D'you want to know why? Because they'll make a good apoy in the winter, when I'm cold, and my parents refuse to turn on the heating to save money.
People are comparing your books to J.K.Rowlings', Anne Rices' and Bram Stokers'. This is wrong. Your books will never EVER be as good as theirs. Also, I heard you compared yourselves to one of them. Like, What the HECK is that about? You are noway NEAR as good as them. Big ego, much?
I know your early copy of 'Midnight Sun' was leaked onto the internet, and I saw that you sinabi you might return to it in a few years time perhaps. Please don't. I read the start of it and was immediately bored.
To conclude this letter, I would just like to say that I will never be a tagahanga of your books ever again, and I am one of the many people that hate your books(you can probably tell). Please learn to downsize your ego, and not to write books based on dreams. Oh! And one madami thing, your books have made me fear Bampira and werewolves/shapeshifters as much as I fear a stationary book. Hope you are well,

HPHedgehog You're the bomb dot com.(: I read this letter from some people who had questions about Twilight and sent it to Seth, SMeyer's brother, who is kind of her whipping boy. The letter was very well written and respectful. Seth insulted the letter and refused to send it to Meyer because it might hurt her delicate little feelings. When she was asked how she felt about people not liking her book, Meyer said that "they were the minority and they would get over it". This woman is absolutely full of herself, and I can't stand her.

TrueHufflepuff This is a very good letter! Have you considered sending it? It's a good idea, but don't, she won't ever read it. Oh, and also, some parts are too dramatical. Not the half of the population hates her. The half of the population are either poor people at poor countries the last thing to think is read teenage literature OR logical, sensible and mature beings that, desprite you and me, stay away from Twilight and the rest of the drama. (no offense to anyone, I am also a part of this not-logical, not-sensible, immature maze that spends its priceless time dissing Twilight.) Also, some parts are too quick; you should've emphathised more. But, in general, very good job, really enjoyable!

Ann_Longbottom I love it. :) I think there is violent fans for each fandom, though, cuz I seem to have a burning desire to cover Meyer in a gas/urine mix and set her on fire.

No, I can't deny it's fame, but I can deny that it's a good book. All stories whether they be short or long by Stephenie are awful. I'm sorry, but they are. Please don't tell me that 'I don't know anything' or something along those lines, because for your information, I have read the whole Twilight Saga, as well as Midnight Sun, and that Life of Bree Tanner book thing. cunha27 Not a very good article at all. Sure you're entitled to your opinion but your article and the majority of the comments in here are simply mean spirited and nasty. I'm not going to try and change your mind as your opinions on Meyers books seem to be feelings based as oposed to anything factual. And like I said you're entiteled to them. It's obvious I disagree with your views. I'm just glad that there are enough people out there who do love Meyers books and send her enough fan mail and are willing to buy her books and watch the movies for her to continue producing them. I for one am very much looking forward to both the last Breaking Dawn movie as well as The Host coming out next year. There was a good thing that did come out of me reading this article though. Why is Twilight madami "popular" when HP sold madami than 400 million while Twilight only sold 53 million? Also, Twilight is just 45% in the kamatis meter while HP is 83% in the kamatis meter? Third, Twilight sold about $191,449,475 while HP sold about $283,879,025? Another is Twilight is never shown in Kid's almanacs (the World and Time yearly almanacs) while HP is seen may times over. Harry Potter vs. Twilight has always been an argument. I believe that Harry Potter is obviously the upper hand in my opinion. Both stories are both interesting and entertaining but the problem is deciding if one is better.
