Publishers Weekly-"After her transformation into a vampire, it's almost impossible to identify with her in Breaking Dawn"

Lilah Lohr of the Chicago Tribune-"Bella's character, compared to the Quileute wolves, is less satisfying"

Kirkus Reviews-"Bella's appeal is based on magic rather than character, but her and Edward's portrayal of dangerous mga manliligaw hits the spot"
"Bella's personality is flat and obsessive"

Laura Miller of salon.com-"In regards of Edward and Bella, neither of them has much personality to speak of"

Jennifer Reese of Entertainment Weekly-"You may wish she had loftier goals and a mind of her own, but these are fairy tales, and as a steadfast lover in the Disney princess mold, Bella has a certain saccharine appeal and that during Bella's pregnancy, she is not only hard to identify with but positively horrifying, especially while guzzling human blood to nourish the infant"

Elizabeth Hand of Washington Post-"Bella was often described as breakable and that Edward's habit of constantly pulling her onto his lap or having her ride on his back further emphasize her childlike qualities"
"The pangkalahatang effect is a weird infantilization that has repellent overtones to an adult reader and hardly seems like an admirable model to foist upon our daughters (or sons)"

Gina Dalfonzo on the National Review website-"Bella is self-deprecating before her transformation into a vampire, and afterwards she is insufferably vain"
"Bella gets what she wants and discovers her worth sa pamamagitan ng giving up her identity and throwing away nearly everything in life that matters"

It's called "Daughter of Darkness" sa pamamagitan ng V.C. Andrews.

This book was just aweful. It's about a 17 taon old vampire girl named Lorelie Patio (Mary Sue alert!) whos only purpose in life is to be her Daddy's sex slave. This book is filled with shallow evaluations of beauty, anti feminism, poor morals, and disgusting turn of events.

Lorelie has three sisters who are manipulated and emotionally abused sa pamamagitan ng their father. The worst thing about it is that it's never seen as a bad thing. It's disguised as fatherly love. None of the characters recognize the manipulation or abuse. You have to read between the...

Here are some excerpts that were cut out of the Twilight books for various reasons. Some of you guys might find them interesting and maybe help you understand or see something you didn't see before.

These are copied from Stephenie Meyer's website

--------------------------

"Sometimes, in the editing process, sacrifices must be made. Some parts are cut because they slow down the action, others are cut simply to condense length, others are cut to simplify the plot. And, whatever the reason behind the removal, some cuts are madami painful than others. This page is dedicated to the cuts that I miss...

Many Twilighters pag-ibig to say how "Edward and Bella pag-ibig each other sooooo much!" I'm afraid I have to disagree on this point. Their relationship is pure lust, not love.

Here is my reasoning.

How do Bella and Edward decide they are in love? Well, Bella moves in to Forks. Her first araw of High School there, she looks across the cafeteria, and she sees a totally gorgeous guy! He catches her attention immediately and she decides right then and there that he is the only man in the town who is good enough for her, despite the fact that she has never spoken to him once in her life. She swats off the...

Chapter 1 part 2
The flight took five hours. It was the longest journey Bella had ever traveled and she was happy enough to have both feet on steady ground again. She walked to the luggage sinturon and grabbed her luggage, succeeding to pull a few other valises with it. Bella’s face turned red and she put her own luggage on the floor and put the valises that weren’t hers back on the belt. Then she lifted her suitcases again and walked outside.
Outside two people were standing with a huge placard saying ‘Welcome home, Bella’ One of them was waving heavily at her and wanted to run into her...
