ChiffaniChan Most photoshoot have heavy retouching, not that who ever in the shoot isn't good looking it's just how they do it. But it's hard to see. & If Emma wasn't so pretty she wouldn't be able to pull off short hair.

jodarchy his were painted on lol they werent really airbrushed, although have you seen the latest kristen mag cover they photoshopped the heck out of her, she looks super weird

jodarchy i know that my brothers both older and younger and none of my male friends care what male celebs look like in magazines. girls are much more pressured about looks

AllyAM I have no idea if it is or isn't any different, but I do know that you really shouldn't make assumptions like that, YKI. Most average girls are impressionable, do you really have any idea what it's like to see the skinny, pretty girls in the magazines and know you'll never bee like that? If I saw one girl below the model norm called beautiful in one, it would make my life.

AllyAM When I was younger, I used to read the Gossip Girl books. (Yeah, I know they're total trash) I was so pumped for the TV show to start, but once it did, there was one thing that ruined it all for me. They changed many characters, but on one, they just went way too far. Jenny Humphrey. In the book she was short, had curly brown hair, freckles, and well...giant boobs. I related to her not only appearance wise, but also in her status as a bit of an outcast. In the TV show, they took her character and made her tall, blonde, and skinny. I was crushed. Apparently, people who look like Jenny did in the book (like me) are not good enough for the public eye at all.

AllyAM She can say what she wants, but I'm only talking from my experience. I could not care less what she says. "Oh no! Some person on the internet who I do not know may think less of me because I am selfconscious!"
