I do not think it would be possible for muggle/humans to live beside them without fearing for there lifes. All are lifes we are taught that vampires are evil. Most religions groups will have a cow if they found out wizards were real. When HP first came out they burned the books and banned them. This is just what they did for fictional witchcraft. If they were real I belive things would not turn out good for them.
