I have always HATED Cho. In the books and the movies. I've never liked Lavendar either but she says funny stuff (Won Won! ;) which just makes me laugh. Cho was just annoying.

But I love Lavender, lol. I know it's crazy, but she cracks me up. If I went to Hogwarts, I have a horrible feeling I'd be just like her... epsicially if I was dating Ron!

I don't understand everyone's hate for Cho. She was really fickle in OOTP when Harry was dating her and all, but I didn't think it was a big deal, and she didn't act wrongly. Harry was kind of being insensitive. She was grieving, confused and jealous. Plus it was so much fun to read about his crush on her, lol. I hate Lavender, she just gets on my nerves.

I don't understand why everyone hates Cho either. Lavender I understand only because she has such a strong personality, it's like, either you love her or you hate her (at least the movie version. In the book, she is still Harry's friend, just not a really close friend. I believe she is one of the people who die for Harry in the Final Battle). Cho is really not a bad character. She was in love with Cedric, then Cedric was killed. She was surprisingly kind to Harry, actually. She was going through a really hard time, and if you remember her date with Harry in the book... not too good. (I love Harry, but he truly is crap with girls XD) That's why they REALLY broke up, in case you've only seen the movie. She never betrayed him. I don't mind her. :)

Cho is just misunderstood whereas Lavender is downright too annoying and emotional and clingy.

Cho kinda just fell flat in the movies, she seemed really lifeless. However, Lavender was very buoyant and annoying as she was, she had a personality and the actress stayed true to her character.

I really dont like either characters....lolz ^^

I REALLY HATE BOTH,But Cho is better that Lavender,she become between Ron&Hermione ,i think they might get together in movie 6 if the was for Lav-Lav.

Both are annoying in the books, but I think Lavender is hilarious in HBP. She almost makes up for how terrible the majority of the "relationship" scenes are. I wish the film focused more on the important aspects of the story, but I'm kind of going off on a tangent. Anyway, I don't like Cho in the films at all. Katie isn't a very good actress and the character just doesn't have any redeeming qualities.
