...I've almost always had an A in that class. It's either an A or B.
The series hasn't helped me remember things historically (I think), but it's made everything funnier in a sense.

Well, I haven't had history till now (I'm in college), but if I had, I think my grade would have gotten better. I'm not really a history geek, but after watching Hetalia, it has become much funnier (more fun?) and easier to learn and understand history. :)
Right now, we're having about Egypt, though, and we have only learned about Denmark and how we plundered England when we were vikings, so Hetalia haven't really helped a lot. Although I now read history in spare time, which would never, ever happen before. XD

Before I did really bad in my History class in middle school, but now I find it a bit easier & funnier to learn with the Hetalia cast.

Middle school (8th grade): 65% out of 100%
Highschool (now from my kamakailan ulat card): 85% out of 100%

In most of my classes I was a straight A student but History was the only class I didn't give a shit about. Until I saw Hetalia, I'm not staying it's a replacement for an actual text book. I'm just saying it just makes most things a bit madami easier to remember with the characters, in my case.

I haven't noticed much of a change in my History grades. Like, at all. But Hetalia has made me much madami open about tons of things and has made me the most eagar student in my History class and madami accepting of other countries cultures, languages etc.

Not saying this happens with every Hetalia fan, it's probably different for everyone but I'm going to leave with one last thing to say. Hetalia is quite funny and informative but it's not reliable enough to base all your essays and even grades off of. That's just being silly.

Before I started watching hetalia my grades in their prime were d's to c's after the class (that I failed) I began watching hetalia. While hetalia did not teach me anything beyond what I had known it gave countries/ nations/ micro nations/ territories personalities and traits. This made me madami inclined to pick up my text books, and read them for once. A good grade (an A!) was put on my retake of the final. So with my experience, yes but only if you take the susunod step to pagbaba your history text books.
