Who should i choose?!?!?!?!?!?!?!

There are two guys i like but im not sure if they like me. one is tan, dark hair, older(by like 14 days), and has a little sister that i am mga kaibigan with. the other one is short, younger than me(by like a year), light brown hair, and has a little brother that is my friend too. They are both mga kaibigan with my brother. we hang out sometimes, but i dont know what to do. we wer all at the tabing-dagat one araw in the summer, and the tan one wanted to go in the water. the short one didnt want to go in the water and then i sinabi i wanted to go in the water, and then he sinabi he wanted to go. WHAT SHOULD I DO?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!
