im not sure how old house was when his infarction happened but he was with stacey at the time, and his and stacey's relationship lasted for 5 years. In season 1 it was stated sa pamamagitan ng Vogler that House had been working at the hospital for 8 years already. So he must have been working there. Anyway this timeline, with the cuddy/house relationship is very confusing and has not been established propperly.
