Sex or no sex?

About Hameron sex. In Halfwit, when Chase, Foreman and Cameron comes to Houses home, somewhere in the conversation Cameron says to House "I'm really glad we never slept together". But in No madami Mr. Nice Guy, when Chase asks Cameron did she slept with House, she doesn't say yes or on. She's not comfortable answering that, saying to Chase it's not his problem. So, is that a scenario hole or did she lied? We never found out the thruth. Thoughts?
