The roles played sa pamamagitan ng Gong Hyo Jin, Kim Soo Hyun, IU, and Cha Tae Hyun in KBS 2TV’s star-studded drama “Producer” have been revealed.

Gong Hyo Jin will play a PD with ten years of experience in the industry who is smart, haughty, and never holds back in letting people know what she thinks.

Kim Soo Hyun will play a rookie PD who wanted to be a prosecutor but chooses this career path wholly for the sake of pag-ibig and women.

IU will depict a famous celebrity who became a trainee when she was 13 years old. She is called “ice princess” for her poker face and complete control over her emotions.

Cha Tae Hyun will play a seasoned PD who, like Gong Hyo Jin, has worked in the industry for ten years. He has worked on a lot of programs but has no single masterpiece to call his own.

Meanwhile, “Producer” is slated to start filming on April 2. According to an insider, “The filming sites for the first official araw of shooting will be around the Yeouido area,” which is the actual broadcasting center of Seoul.

The drama is highly anticipated, not just because of its star-studded cast but also because it will be written sa pamamagitan ng writer Park Ji Eun, who wrote “My pag-ibig from the Stars.”

Stars are making generous contributions to ipakita their support in combatting COVID-19 (novel coronavirus).

On March 5, Heize donated 50 million won (approximately $42,000) to the Hope Bridge Disaster Relief Association.

The leading actors have been confirmed for the newest Hong Sisters drama!

It was previously revealed that IU and Yeo Jin Goo had received the offers and were reviewing them. On March 6, it was confirmed that both of them are now confirmed to bituin in “Hotel del Luna” (working title).

On January 5 KST, IU has updated her Instastory with a screenshot of the SBS' 'Unanswered Questions' uncovering "sajaegi"(means bulk buying in Korean, usually refers to the act of manipulating streaming charts).

'Unanswered Questions' uncovered issues surrounding "sajaegi" on January 4 at 11 PM KST. In the captured snippet of 'Unanswered Questions', it reads "I then realized why people do sajaegi". In the caption, above the screenshot, IU wrote, "But don't do it, please."

IU has been a strong contender in every streaming platforms' charts for madami than a decade. As a veteran in the industry, her remark shows the magnitude of this issue and is a warning towards those who have been considering "saejagi" or other forms of malicious viral marketing.

IU recently attended a graduation of one of her fans in order to keep the promise she made with her a taon ago.

It’s now been revealed that the graduation gift she prepared for the tagahanga was worth approximately $15,000 USD.

On this day, she called up the tagahanga onto the stage and congratulated her in person. She even performed a few songs for the students.

But that’s not all. She also gave all the students gifts that included flowers, cosmetics and chocolate.

And according to speculations sa pamamagitan ng a netizen, the bulaklak are worth $54 USD, the cosmetics $43 USD and the tsokolate $1.40 and with 156 students, IU would have spent over $15,000 USD! Even with bulk discount, she would’ve spent well over $10,000 USD.
