Apparently, many fans found Halle Berry’s performance as NSA Agent Giacinta “Jinx” Johnson unsatisfactory. I must admit that when I first saw "THE WORLD IS NOT ENOUGH" in the theaters a little over seven years ago, I was not impressed. Well, to be honest, I did not like the movie at all.
