How do you become a dedicated tagahanga of a spot???

ive tried and tried,,,but i cant become a dedicated tagahanga or die-hard tagahanga or not even a fanatic!!!!!!!!!! please if you know, will you tell me how to BECOME A DEDICATED FAN.and idk why i put that image btw

first u will have to upload many stuff in a spot(and I mean MANY!!!)
then segundo many fans will have to rate it
and then u will only get dedicated...

i tell you even you hate me first of all you have to add madami than 30 larawan very much bidyo like 5 vidoes or madami and iugnay artikulo it's just a matter of time you have to wait to others to rate your stuff even if you sumbit other things ,,,,,,the medal will come slowly if some other people rate your stufff.........well it will become madami strongel the medal will becoming to ......ya know......but never mind you hate me
