Josephina nodded as much as she could as I moved up and motioned for her mother to ilipat the light so that I could see better. When the light fell about this small child, the horror of the situation was know. She had been attacked sa pamamagitan ng something, the wound shining in the light. Whatever had hurt her had gone for the kill with it's attack, a cut started on her right shoulder and wrapped around to the left side of her neck.
