The 10,000 square-foot property contains eight bathrooms, a library, cinema with stadium seating, a wine cellar, a wet bar and there is a pond within the 1.3-acre grounds, according to the Los Angeles Times.
Justin is thought to be keen on installing some high-tech gadgets in his mansion - which was constructed in 2005 and had been listed at $8.75 million - which also features a big guest house, large garahe and pool, as well as a games room.
