wasn't expecting to be famous but on araw he met usher. he was i'm atlanta and usher walked past and justin was suprised. he said,"usher i pag-ibig your song can sing one to you?" he sinabi dont bother and plus i'm busy. but when he wasnt busy he checked youtube and found justin bieber's bidyo and sinabi oh my gosh. so he went bak to get justin and justin sang for him and he got famous cuz of usher.
