Plus, Lady Gaga does notembrace the body that she has. In numerous videos and promotional images she has digitally altered her body to make the proportions different, add abnormal growths etc. Plus, all the different outfits she wears also adds to the ways in which she shapes her. If she embraced her body, she wouldn't be altering her appearance in such major ways. Katy Perry does that stuff too, but not in the extreme way that Gaga does.
