To say "hi, what can I get you" I'm really sure what to say, but I can tell you how to say "hi, what can I do for you" which is Bonjour/Salut, qu'est-ce que je peux faire pour vous/tu?

I guess you can say qu'est-ce que je peux obtenir (the french verb for to get) pour vous/tu
