Later- Fortunato was riding on the kondor whe the plane jerked up, throwing him down out of his seat. As they prepared to land, he realized They were being shot at, but the Condor's tires were shot, and they couldn't reach take off speed. They had to jump ship.Fortunato pushed his aide first, then he jumped of of the plane, and landed stomach first with Co-pilot Mac McCullum Landing directly on his back, while the kondor burst into flames. Yes, Leon Fortunato was having a really bad day.
