What happened to the scene shown before the season?

Before season 5 started a sneak peak ipinapakita Locke in charge of the others was shown. Do anyone know when we will see this in the show?
Could it be in Follow the leader?
or was it a foiler?

You can always identify Nawawala from the soundtrack. Most musical themes from the OST feature a I-III chord sequence (i.e. the root of the first chord descends a semitone to become the fifth of the third chord). It's sort of the unifying Wagnerian leitmotif of Lost. The clip was quite convincing though with all the mentions of fences and 'protecting my peope'.
