[A large van navigates a suburban kalye bustling with activity ... the van pulls into a driveway and the side door slides open]
[Mechanic whirring]
[A platform folds out and John Locke wheels himself on to it ... He presses a lever that lowers the platform]
[The platform sputters as it grinds to a halt]
JOHN: Oh, come on...
[John sighs, then musters his courage and attempts to roll off the platform and onto the lawn]
[He grunts as he falls face down, his wheelchair collapsing beside him ... the sprinklers come on]
HELEN: John?
[Helen comes out the front door of the house and shuts off the sprinklers]...
