it should be the one who created the spot .. then who he/she is ?

like Cathie sinabi if we get enough people we can get it changed but personally the icon and the banner are two of the biggest merder moments so it should stay and the owner of this spot is no longer here so if we want it changed we have to go through fanpop 4
