Why was Michael afraid of dogs?

I mean he had lions, snakes, etc. Any reason that you know of to explain why he would be afraid?

He never sinabi he was afraid of dogs. He's had Aso before in his childhood and for his children. There's a phone convo recorded you hear him talking to one of his Aso in the 2000's.

He only sinabi he was afraid of Elizabeth Taylor's little white dog. Why? I have noooo clue! probably bites at him or something lol

edit: actually if I recall correctly, he sinabi he didn't LIKE the dog, not afraid of it
