It's a hospital kama on wheels, to ilipat people around the hospital. Or in Michael's case take him down to the morgue thanks to Murray.

Honestly it scared me. I was in shock. I couldn't believe that it was our angel Michael. Just lying there. I cried so much. It really hurt mw to see that. I found it wrong for them to ipakita that picture. And that voice recording... I wanted to crawl into a tiny hole and die. Poor Michael.
