Michael Jackson's estate is lashing out at the people behind a new MJ documentary set to debut in Hapon tomorrow -- claiming fans are being duped into believing the flick was authorized sa pamamagitan ng Team MJ.

The estate has released a scathing statement claiming that plaminggo Features is promoting the movie in a way that is misleading MJ's fans into believing the film -- shot sa pamamagitan ng former MJ confidante Marc Schaffel -- was properly authorized.

The estate also makes it clear it doesn't endorse the flick and none of the profits will benefit MJ's children. They also note that the movie is not allowed to contain any of Michael's music.

Schaffel doesn't appear to be bothered -- the above litrato was taken moments nakaraan at the movie premiere in Tokyo ... where Schaffel took the stage and told fans Katherine Jackson sent along her best wishes.

Tuesday, we shot video of Schaffel and Debbie Rowe boarding a plane to Tokyo.

Like a comet
Blazing ‘cross the evening sky
Gone too soon

Like a rainbow
Fading in the twinkling of an eye
Gone too soon

Shiny and sparkly
And splendidly bright
Here one day
Gone one night

Like the loss of sunlight
On a cloudy afternoon
Gone too soon

Like a castle
Built upon a sandy beach
Gone too soon

Like a perfect flower
That is just beyond your reach
Gone too soon

Born to amuse, to inspire, to delight
Here one day
Gone one night

Like a sunset
Dying with the rising of the moon
Gone too soon
Gone too soon

Billboard broke down the pinagmulan of that windfall, determining that nearly half of it came from the robust music sales following the singer's shock death on June 25, 2009. Jackson has sold 9 million...

Michael Jackson apparently learned a lesson in finances -- his kids should not fall victim to consumer temptations that caused Michael himself to teeter on the brink of bankruptcy -- this, according to the details of the strings he attached to his children's inheritance.

News of the World got a copy of the Michael Jackson trust. TMZ broke the story ... under the trust the kids would get 40% of Michael's estate, Kartherine Jackson would get the use of 40% during her lifetime (when she dies the remainder of her share goes to the kids) and the final 20% goes to charity.

Here's what's interesting...

Lisa Marie Presley's prayers have been answered -- TMZ has learned a bulaklak company is about to deliver a field's worth of sunflowers to Michael Jackson's burial site in Glendale, CA.

Jason Levin from sunflowerguy.com tells TMZ he's shipping several thousand sunflowers -- which were Michael's paborito -- to his mausoleum at Forest Lawn Cemetery today.
