I woke up this morning and looked over at the alarm clock to see that it was only 7 AM. I looked at my calendar and couldn't stop staring at the date; March 15th, 1995. Today is Alanna's first birthday and I can't believe it has gone sa pamamagitan ng this fast. I got out of kama and quickly changed my clothes before walking down the hallway. I looked up the staircase that leads downstairs and glanced over at Alanna's bedroom door. I quietly walked inside her bedroom and leaned over the tuktok of the crib. I quietly watched her sleep peacefully and found myself starting to cry. Why am I doing this? Why am I crying?...
