The Story
I actually find the story, especially the characters themselves funny. Considering that I pag-ibig British comedies, Jack's mga kaibigan don't know who The Beatles and does a research on them. But always gets funny outcome whenever he does so, which is my favourite part of the film itself!
His family is entirely funny and I just could not stop laughing at all! The pag-ibig relationship between Jack and Ellie is so-so, in fact their relationship reminds me of P.T Barnum and Charity Barnum from The Greatest Showman. But, they reconcile in the end with a wedding and in a funny way too!
The Music
You guys are very familiar with The Beatles and their songs, hence the pamagat of the movie! I got to know them through my dad, while my mom introduces me ABBA, another great band from Sweden.
The Acting
One thing about the pagganap is that I am actually impress with Himesh Patel's pagganap in this, his pag-awit also impresses me too. With a little rock and roll quality to it when he sang Help.
I knew Lily can act since seeing her in Disney's Sinderella and Mamma Mia: Here We Go Again, despite that she did not sing in this film!
The Long & Winding Road
So, this is my short review on this wonderful film, go ahead and watch it if you are tagahanga of the Beatles. Trust me, you will pag-ibig it as much as I do!
