Confusion about Jiraiya's death...

I'm going to repeat what everyone else had said. He heard a rumour that a student of his was the leader and he went there himself to confirm it. Yes a shadow clone could have done the job, but then the story line would have collapsed and Naruto would never have gotten to the Sage Mode needing to take Jaraiya's place.
Also, he was surprised it was Yahiko because he did not expect it to be yahiko (which turned out to be correct as it wasn't him as you know when he sinabi 'the real one isn't here' meaning Nagato)
Plus Shinobi do not use clones to for information or scouting, i have yet to see one do so. Perhaps because a clone is only used as 'back-up' in fight situations as to make a clone and continue to use it (even at a great distance) it takes up a lot of Chakra.

it because jiraiya got some information that the leader of amagakure is one of his student.that's why he need to confirm it sa pamamagitan ng himself

A shadow clone goes poof as soon as they are hit, if it got it sa pamamagitan ng Konan then he wouldn't of got his proof would he?
