Carmella puts a stop to her near-kiss with Ringo, but Ringo is now convinced that she feels the same way about him. Rocco sends a letter to Frazer expressing his disappointment that he neglected to ask for his daughter's hand in marriage.
Ned's old girlfriend turns up, revealing that he has a son, Mickey! Ned tells Janae that he is Mickey's father. She offers him support as he crumples at the sudden news that he is a dad.
Janae and Ned share a moment as Ned attempts to rescue her having noticed her struggling in the water whilst he was helping her train for the upcoming boxing match. Janae attempts to dispel the tension and accuses Ned of neglect.
