It's not as amazing as it could've been (Particularly since I think it could be a season-long plot). It needed to get rid of the Brave storyline that was pretty pointless (Though they actually made Merida likable) and not have Hook become a second dark one and just have Emma be the main villain with Nimue/The Darkness. However, it was still incredible, despite its problems and not reaching its full potential.

I was expecting something much better. They opted to focus on shipping which usually always ruins a good plot for me.
